1. Add your authenticator
In your authenticator app, add an account using a setup key. Choose time-based codes.
2. Save your recovery codes
Keep these somewhere private. Each code can replace your authenticator once when you sign in. They are shown only during setup.
3. Confirm your authenticator
Enabling this signs out your other business-app sessions. You will use this workspace to sign in; older password-only login pages will no longer accept this account.
Replace authenticator or recovery codes
Administrator-assisted password recovery is available. Replacing a factor requires your password and a working authenticator or an unused recovery code.
