Enable website questions by SMS Save at least one recipient and complete the setup above. Twilio verification runs when you enable and save. Saving contacts alone does not activate texting.

Once connected, staff replies will return to the matching visitor. Saving a contact does not send a text or publish an answer to your agent’s knowledge.

When your agent doesn’t know, it knows who to ask.

Reminders arrive every 24 hours until the question is completed. Choose where you want to receive these emails. This does not change your login email.
